Local 124 Parking lot jam

The Parking Lot Jam went off!

This was the 3rd year that Local 124 Skateshop held a skateboard jam in the parking lot in front of the shop. Right on 10711 124 Street in Edmonton, AB.

Over 60 skaters showed up to skate! High Jump, Barrel Jump, Barrier Jam (with custom ramp assist), curb jam, and to finish it all of the quarter pipe and wall ride event.

Vulcan Bolts’ team rider Kae’o Kass came out from Kamloops to session the parking lot. We even had an appearance from Bacon Skateboards pro Adam Hopkins.

This event was in early May of 2025. Sponsored by Vulcan Bolts, Blood Wizard skateboards, Snot Wheel Co, Last Resort AB, Welcome skateboard, Ultimate Distribution, Blast Skates, Film Trucks, Skull Skates, Heroin Skateboards, Bentstick Brewery, Santa Cruz skateboard and the Co-operators insurance!

It was great weather for a skateboard event. Putting random skateboard obstacles in a parking lot gives everyone an even playing field to roll on. Lots of prizes were given out as skaters pushed themselves on each one. Jump high, get some speed glasses from Film Trucks. Go long and pick your self up a new t-shirt.
